Can QuickBooks do quotes?
Yes. QuickBooks creates a quote or estimate in a few simple steps, and it can be converted into an invoice once the client accepts it.
How does QuickBooks work?
The clearest way to see it is a live demo on your own numbers. Ask us for one and we will walk you through the basics on a real file.
Does QuickBooks have a mobile app?
QuickBooks is available as a desktop application for both Mac and Windows. The mobile app comes with QuickBooks Online only — QuickBooks Desktop does not have one.
Can Odoo work offline?
No. Odoo needs an internet connection to reach its data. The one exception is Point of Sale, which keeps selling offline after its initial synchronisation and uploads the sales once the connection is back.
Does Odoo have different modules?
Yes — around 35 core modules, including HR, e-commerce, sales, inventory and accounting, plus a large library of community apps on top.
Where is Odoo data stored?
On Odoo Online the data sits in a managed database that is not publicly reachable. If you need the data to stay on your own servers, that is a different hosting choice — and one we can set up for you.
